Chair
What does this role include?The Chair shall chair all Committee and General Meetings, an shall represent the club externally. S/He will also be involved with the general running of the club. S/He shall have the casting vote in the event of a tie. In his/her absence the role of Chair shall be fulfilled by another Committee member as agreed by the Committee.

What do these roles include?The Soho FC 11 a side manager -
Managing the team.
Sponsorship Representative -
Shall be responsible for attempting to secure and maintain sponsorship for the club.

What does this role include?The Coach shall be responsible for organising training sessions for all teams, coaching members who wish to play football, the provision (at club expense) of adequate equipment, and the health and safety of playing members during training.

Treasurer
What does this role include?The Treasurer shall be responsible for the accounts and finances of the Club and keep such bank accounts as required by the Committee and to present an audited set of accounts at the AGM. S/He shall present the Club accounts at Committee meetings. S/He shall be a signatory on Club accounts.

What does this role include?The small sided Manager shall manager the small sided teams.

What does this role include?
The Social Secretary shall organise social events for the Members and Club fundraising events.

Communications Representative
What does this role include?The Communications Representative shall be responsible for the communications internal and external. S/He shall be responsible for ensuring that appropriate, regular and timely communication with Members is maintained and that the website, and any discussion forums, are up to date and used as a key external and internal communication tool. In addition S/He including any listings or entries the Club has in directories and event guides, online or otherwise.

Membership and recruitment Representative
What does this role include?
The Membership and Recruitment Representative shall be responsible for recruiting new Members, ensuring Members have met the applicable membership criteria and maintaining up to date membership records.
